Bespoke Italian “Selene” wall sconce in anticated brushed brass and Selenite

The Selene range is the result of our project of combining light with a particular apotropaic stone – Selenite: a mineral chalk whose surface presents defined and irregular striations along the length of the crystal. The light that passes through this material highlights the surface cutting irregularities and, in line with its polarity, exits from the opposite end with a minimal reduction in power. The main feature of the Selene wall light is its cylindrical diffuser with rounded ends, handcrafted from a rough block of selenite and illuminated at one end.
